Boys, boys, boys

Let's see....so much has been going on that I don't even know where to start. Tyler has been sick for the past couple of days and what do you know....Kasen is now sick!!! We have been doing so good keeping Tyler away from him, but he ended up with it. He went to the doctor today and luckily it's just viral and will run it's course, but I feel so bad for the little thing. Remember doing the saline nose spray and suction bulb? That's what I'm doing again after 7 years. It sucks!!! :(

Kasen is getting bigger by the day and is turning into such a momma's boy. I love it! All he wants to do is for me to hold him and snuggle him. Of course Tate says that he's already a spoiled brat. Speaking of momma's boy, today officially marks the day that I return back to work in exactly ONE MONTH!!!! I don't want to go back. It's been so much fun staying him with the little guy and being able to pick Tyler up from school.

Tyler is now on spring break and we were talking about going to Legoland for 3 days, but now that Kasen has a little cold, I don't know what we are going to do. We'll probably end up doing a last minute trip like the Rangel's typically do. Mess!! Anyways, I am just rambling on so here are some updated pics of the boys. Enjoy!

Here are some updated pictures of the little man. He is growing faster than I can imagine and all he wants to do is EAT!!! The kid is definitely wearing me out and keeping me busy. I can't believe how much time has flown by and he is already 4 weeks old. CRAZY! It just makes it that much harder because I know that my maternity leave from work will soon be creeping up on me and then back to work it is. April 13th!! I am not looking forward to that day just like the majority of the people don't look forward to April 15th (tax day)!

Welcome Kasen Tate Rangel!

On Monday, January 19th I was induced and our little peanut finally arrived!!! Kasen Tate Rangel.....born at 4:20 pm, weighing 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 20.5 inches long. Let me just say he looks identical to Tyler when Tyler was born.  It's pretty crazy.  

Anyways, the delivery was VERY quick and I almost didn't think the doctor was going to make it.  The nurse had me do 1 practice push and let's just say that was 1 too many!!  I ended up doing only 3 pushes and out came my little man.  Needless to say he has been keeping me pretty busy with his crazy schedule and I'm trying not to get too sleep deprived.  But of course I wouldn't change it for the world.

Better Late Than Never...Merry Christmas!

So it's been a little while since I've posted and I apologize, but let me just tell you that I don't know where the time goes??? Work has me SO busy right now and being pregnant makes it go by even quicker especially since I feel like I am constantly tired. Don't know if working 45+ hours a week and then coming home to play mom and wife does it, but I'm pretty beat.

I have been peeking at all of the other blogs just to keep updated, but haven't felt like throwing a post up myself. Let me sum it up as quick as possible......NO TIME AT ALL!!

5. My poor Christmas decorations didn't go up until the Saturday before Christmas!!! Yes, this includes my tree. We didn't even put lights up on the outside of our house.

4. Due to the crazy economy now, work is hectic as can be and everyone has been putting in 45+ hours a week. The sad thing....I'm salary so I don't get paid any overtime!

3. Between my 3 different baby showers (work & family) I haven't even finished doing baby laundry and the car seat and stroller are still in the box...I'm due next month!!!

2. The baby is growing faster and bigger than expected and my cervix is shorter than expected so my doc is hoping I can make it to 36 weeks.....THAT'S JANUARY 3RD!!!!!!!

1. Between the stress of trying to "take it easy" it's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE! For those of you who know me, I am not one to try and just sit still and relax. I need to be doing stuff all the time.
